Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Senior Client Service Executive for our textile division in Coimbatore. This full-time, on-site role involves managing client interactions, ensuring superior customer service, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and coordinating with the internal team to address client requirements. You will also handle operational aspects, such as monitoring processes and managing client-related financials, to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Client Services and Customer Service to manage client relationships effectively.
- Strong Communication and Customer Satisfaction skills to address client needs and provide exceptional support.
- Ability to manage Finance-related tasks such as invoicing, billing, and financial analysis related to client accounts.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills for fostering long-term client partnerships.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the textile or school-wear industry is an advantage.
