Role Overview
We are looking for a Experienced Client Service to join our Pune team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, understanding their business objectives, and ensuring seamless execution of advertising campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into clear briefs for the creative, media, and production teams.
• Ensure timely execution of campaigns and deliverables.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through trust and effective communication.
• Coordinate across teams to ensure projects are completed within deadlines and budgets.
• Provide strategic inputs and proactive solutions to enhance client campaigns.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for clients.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of client servicing/account management experience (preferably in advertising/marketing agencies).
• Strong understanding of advertising, branding, and campaign management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Real estate advertising experience is a plus.
