About The Opportunity

Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and deepen client relationships to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and account growth.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and target client portfolios.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations and service delivery.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability and mitigate risks.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries, escalations, and strategic discussions.
- Prepare and present business reviews and performance reports to stakeholders.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have
- Proven experience in client engagement or account management within supply chain or apparel industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
- Experience with CRM software and supply chain management tools.
- Understanding of contractual and vendor management processes.
- Preferred
- Experience working in an on-site client management role.
- Knowledge of Indian supply chain and market dynamics.
