Role Description
The Client Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based at the SHIVAN & NARRESH store at Banjara Hills, Hyderabad
This role focuses on delivering a premium in-store experience, welcoming clients, understanding their preferences, and offering curated product recommendations that reflect the brand’s aesthetic and values. The Client Advisor will also support sales targets by building long-term client relationships, handling billing and order processes, and coordinating with internal teams on product availability and client requests.
This role requires a professional presence in the boutique, adherence to brand guidelines, and active contribution to a refined, luxury retail environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Client Relations and Customer Satisfaction skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships in a luxury retail setting.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, including active listening, clear articulation, and a polished in-person presentation.
- Basic understanding of fashion or lifestyle products for high-value purchases, or willingness to learn relevant procedures.
- Previous experience in luxury fashion, retail, hospitality, or a client-facing role is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of fashion and styling, and an eye for detail in presentation and merchandising.
- Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced boutique environment, with flexibility to work weekends and peak seasons.
- Proficiency in English; additional Indian languages are an advantage.
