Role Description
The Senior Client Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. In this role, you will build and manage client relationships, ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, and provide expert advice tailored to each client’s needs. Responsibilities include assisting clients in navigating relevant services, resolving inquiries efficiently, and upholding high-quality customer service standards. You will also provide insights and guidance related to real estate services, including insurance and related offerings.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Client Relations, building and maintaining customer relationships effectively
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and delivering a client-first experience
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for clear and empathetic client engagement
- Experience in Customer Service, with problem-solving skills to handle client queries effectively
- Familiarity with Insurance processes and services is an advantage
- Any relevant professional certifications or a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in local languages and knowledge of the real estate market in Chennai is a plus
