Role Description

The Senior Claims Analyst will oversee claims processing, claims handling, and insurance-related operations to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards. Responsibilities include analyzing claims data, communicating with stakeholders to resolve inquiries, and implementing best practices for efficient claims management. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida, offering the opportunity to work within a dynamic and professional environment.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Claims Processing and Claims Handling
• Proficiency in Claims Analysis and robust Analytical Skills
• Effective Communication skills for dealing with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Experience or knowledge in Insurance processes and regulations
• Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and resolve complex issues
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance
• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business, Finance, or Healthcare Administration
• Prior experience as a Senior Claims Analyst, or in a similar role, is preferred
