Responsibilities
We are looking for a Construction Engineer with 5–10 years of experience in villa and residential construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, planning, quality control, contractor coordination, material management, and project monitoring. Experience in preparing and reviewing Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), structural drawings, and ensuring timely project completion is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day construction activities for villa projects.
- Review and prepare Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) and monitor steel consumption.
- Interpret structural, architectural, and MEP drawings for execution.
- Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Monitor project progress, manpower deployment, and material requirements.
- Conduct quantity estimation, material reconciliation, and work measurement.
- Verify contractor bills and maintain project documentation.
- Ensure timely completion of project milestones within budget.
Required Skillset
- 5–10 years of experience in villa/residential construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of RCC works, Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), and quantity estimation.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Experience in site execution, quality assurance, and project coordination.
- Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and safety standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project reporting tools.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and team management skills.
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
