Experience :- Minimum 8 to 12 years of experience as Sr.Civil Engineer in industrial and commercial projects.

Office Location :- Venkataramanan Associates Vedus, Plot 52, 39/1 Bharatkunj-2, Erandwana Pune - 411038.

Site Location :- VA Group Site Location - MIDC Bidkin, Sambhaji Nagar, Aurangabad , Maharashtra.

JobDescription :-

• Ability to clarify and Interpret drawings
• Ability to work closely with client teams and ensure that details are implemented as
• per drawings for the allotted projects
• Maintain appropriate communication channels to ensure that changes / issues at
• site are communicated back to the architectural team and appropriate action is
• taken.
• Checking of all GFC drawings for the allotted projects
• Ensuring timely movement of drawings for the allotted projects
• Ensuring that details are implemented as per drawings for the allotted projects
• Verification of setbacks and site accordance to statutory requirements. Report back
• any discrepancy to design team for due correction.
• Attending all on-site meetings between client, PMC team and consultants
• Capturing queries outlined.
