Akshaya Construction is seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer for premium residential and luxury villa projects in Lonavala.

Purpose of the Job
To manage end-to-end execution of premium residential and luxury villa projects by ensuring timely delivery, quality control, contractor coordination, billing verification, compliance management, and smooth construction site operations.
The Senior Civil Engineer shall oversee daily construction activities across assigned projects and ensure execution aligns with approved drawings, project timelines, quality standards, and project specifications. The role requires coordination with architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain uninterrupted construction progress and site operations.
The position shall also monitor quantity measurements, contractor billing, BOQs, material usage, site quality, and statutory compliance requirements while resolving technical and operational issues arising during project execution.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)
1. Project Execution Management
Ensured execution of residential and luxury villa construction activities as per approved drawings, project timelines, quality standards, and project specifications.
2.Site Coordination
Maintained effective coordination among architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure uninterrupted project execution.
3.Quality and Compliance Control
Monitored and maintained construction quality standards, safety practices, IS code requirements, and Maharashtra/RERA compliance obligations across all project phases.
4. Billing and Quantity Verification
Verified and certified contractor bills, subcontractor invoices, BOQs, quantity measurements, RA bills, and final billing documentation based on actual work completion.
5.Technical Issue Resolution
Identified, resolved, and escalated technical issues, execution bottlenecks, and construction-related risks to minimize project delays and quality deviations.
6.Planning and Cost Monitoring
Managed project schedules, work sequencing, resource planning, and budget monitoring activities to support timely and cost-effective project completion.
Knowledge Requirements
