We're Hiring | Senior Civil Engineer – Gurgaon
RSK IEC is the India-based engineering arm of the global RSK Group, delivering engineering and technical consultancy services from our Gurgaon office to projects across the world.
We're looking for talented Senior Civil Engineer with a strong background in water and wastewater design to be part of it from day one. This is your opportunity to work on technically challenging projects, from concept through to detailed design for construction, within a multidisciplinary team that values quality, innovation and collaboration.
What you’ll do:
- Design civil elements for water/ wastewater/ Sewage treatment non-infra projects from concept to detailed design.
- Development of clear and concise civil engineering deliverables appropriate for the intended audience including general arrangement drawings, pipeline plans, sections and details, supporting calculations, material selection, enquiry documentation, specifications, schedules and reports.
- Check engineering outputs and coordinate with project teams, CAD, site, JV partners and clients.
- Coordinate multi-discipline deliverables (P&IDs, Basis of Design) and design interfaces.
- Support technical bids, review subcontractor designs, and help site teams.
- Manage your budget, schedule and quality for assigned work.
- Guide junior staff and follow company quality procedures.
Who we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Around 10+ years’ experience in water/wastewater or closely related sectors.
- Strong knowledge of pumped/gravity, plant layout and 3D model workflows.
- Experience preparing general arrangements and working with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Commercially aware, proactive, and able to manage change and risk.
- Excellent communication and computer skills.
