Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Senior Civil Engineer to join our team on-site in the Greater Delhi Area. The Senior Civil Engineer will lead and oversee civil engineering projects, including designing, planning, and managing the execution of construction activities. Responsibilities include developing engineering plans, ensuring compliant stormwater management, supervising civil engineering teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure project success within budget and time constraints.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Civil Engineering Design and knowledge of fundamental engineering concepts.
- Experience in Planning and project management, with an ability to oversee timelines and resource allocation.
- Skilled in Stormwater Management and infrastructure development best practices.
- Proficiency as a Civil Engineer with experience in overseeing team activities and ensuring compliance with safety/regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience in the Greater Delhi Area and knowledge of local construction regulations is a plus.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar tools is highly desirable.
