Role Overview
We are looking for a highly capable Senior Civil Engineer with strong technical expertise and
experience managing large-scale infrastructure and industrial construction projects. The
candidate will play a key role in developing a 100-acre warehousing project and will be
responsible for end-to-end execution, site coordination, contractor management, and quality
delivery.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in large land development and heavy
civil works, with the ability to independently drive execution in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
>Lead execution of large-scale civil and infrastructure activities for a 100-acre warehousing development project
>Manage earthwork activities including filling, levelling, grading, and consolidation Supervise construction of approximately 3 km of reinforced concrete retaining walls(14 ft height)
>Oversee development of drainage channels, canals, roads, and associated infrastructure
>Coordinate construction of warehouses and related industrial structures
>Monitor contractor performance, project timelines, and site productivity
>Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety norms, and quality requirements
>Handle local site-level coordination and issue resolution with stakeholders and authorities
>Review drawings, BOQs, execution methodologies, and progress reports
>Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and internal project teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
>Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
>5–10 years of experience in large-scale civil/infrastructure/industrial projects
>Strong technical knowledge of earthworks, RCC structures, drainage systems, and industrial construction
>Experience handling large project sites independently
>Strong understanding of project execution, BOQ verification, and contractor management
>Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and site teams effectively
>Good communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Background
● Experience in warehousing, industrial parks, logistics parks, or infrastructure projects preferred
●Exposure to large land development projects will be an added advantage
