Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Senior Site Engineer to join our team at an on-site location in Bengaluru South. The Senior Site Engineer will oversee construction projects, manage quality control processes, lead a team of civil engineers, ensure adherence to structural engineering specifications, and provide on-site professional guidance. They will collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and the design team to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to plan.
Qualifications
- Expertise in on-site management of construction projects, including supervision of day-to-day operations
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, contractors, and team members
- Proficiency in quality control practices and ensuring compliance with construction standards
- Knowledge and application of structural engineering principles and techniques
- At least 5 years of experience in civil engineering roles, preferably in residential or commercial construction projects
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure
- Experience with construction project management software is a plus
