Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, Senior Civil Engineer to join our team on-site at our New Delhi location. The role involves leading civil engineering design projects, planning structural systems, and overseeing stormwater management. The Senior Civil Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, supervise project execution, and ensure that designs align with sustainability principles while meeting regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Civil Engineering Design and specialized skills in civil engineering principles
- Proficiency in project planning and ability to develop and execute comprehensive plans
- Experience in stormwater management and infrastructure solutions
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of civil engineers
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Proficiency with industry-standard design and project management tools
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulatory guidelines in the New Delhi region
- Prior experience in sustainable design practices is a strong advantage
