Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Civil Engineer based in Panaji. The Senior Civil Engineer will be responsible for leading civil engineering design tasks, overseeing project planning, and managing stormwater systems. The role involves ensuring that project objectives are met within required safety, quality, and timeline standards, and coordinating with teams to deliver on construction and engineering goals. The position requires technical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to excellence in managing sophisticated construction projects.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering principles
- Proficiency in project Planning and Stormwater Management
- Experience working as a Civil Engineer on large-scale industrial, infrastructural, or institutional projects
- Strong understanding of global safety and quality standards
- Proficiency in MEP services and pre-engineering processes is a plus
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
