Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Civil Engineer based in Jaipur. The Senior Civil Engineer will lead civil engineering projects, including planning, designing, and overseeing construction activities for high-performing architectural and infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include developing civil engineering designs, managing stormwater systems, analyzing project requirements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and collaborating with other design and engineering professionals. The candidate will also oversee project timelines and quality standards to ensure excellence in execution.
Key Responsibilities:
● Project Execution & Supervision: Oversee day-to-day construction activities at the site to ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
● Site Coordination: Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.
● Quality Control: Monitor construction quality, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with design standards and safety regulations.
● Material Management: Verify material quality, quantities, and usage; coordinate procurement as per project requirements.
● Billing & BOQ Verification: Prepare and verify contractor bills, measurements, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
● Cost & Time Control: Track project progress, maintain schedules, and assist in cost control to avoid delays and budget overruns.
● Technical Documentation: Maintain site records, reports, drawings, and daily progress updates.
● Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety standards and site regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
● Problem Resolution: Identify on-site technical issues and provide practical engineering solutions.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
● Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
● Minimum 5+ years of experience in real estate or construction projects (residential/commercial preferred).
● Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and structural systems.
● Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project management tools.
● Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
● Good presentation, communication and coordination skills.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
● Prior experience in a leadership role is a plus
