Record accurate inspections carried out in line with the site documentsEnsuring strict adherence of all safety protocols by all contractors.Checking of all incoming material quality & quantity verification and maintaining a record of same and approve.Ensuring issuance of all details and drawings duly stamped for execution of work to the Contractors / Vendors and Maintaining record.Ensuring all documents are maintained related to site Architectural, Civil & Structural and PlumbingReview and comment on GFC drawings / Foundation drawing /Structural Drawings / specifications and any other documents in Architectural, Civil & Structural and Plumbing Discipline, and that may require for the project and advise Project Manager to approve.Issue GFC / Shop Floor drawings and Documents to contractors and keep update record issued.Daily and Weekly Meeting with Contractors to review Daily and Weekly Progress at sitePreparation of Minutes of MeetingCollecting Detail from contractors and Data for Preparation of DPRTo coordinate the works of various contractors / sub-contractors / agencies at site & provide a comprehensive coordinated project work.Assigning work permit to all contractors.Ensuring Site Supervision of works and materials at every stagePreparation of Change control related to Civil activityChecking and Verifying of Measurement Sheet and RA Bill of ContractorAdvise Project Manager and record wherever applicable any works not carried out in accordance with the drawings and specificationsPreparation of snag list by monitoring each & every civil activityEnsure preparation of as-built layout with necessary operational manuals in both soft and hard copy form for all the areasPreparation of snag list by monitoring each & every Electrical/Mechanical & Piping / HVAC system activity.Highlight deviations, if any to Project ManagerTo inspect and suggest remedial measures for any defects arising in the post construction periodTo ensure preparation of As-Built Drawings for- Civil incorporating all the changes made at site.Ensuring all works all performed as per required project quality,Maintaining all documents related to civil worksCompilation of all checklists, pre-commissioning and commissioning reports.Compilation of various statutory authority approvals.Site Related ResponsibilitiesOver all in-charge of carrying out the above activities related to Civil, Architectural, Structural, Landscaping, Plumbing, Interior works, External development etc. as per finalized design & drawings.Follow EHS plan day to day basis at site by Contractors / sub-contractorsVerify for the contractors bills, material requirements, etc.Responsible for all activity related construction projects including, site organization, document organization, safety, quality control, contract management and budgetary management.Daily and Weekly Meeting with each discipline Contractors to review Daily and Weekly Progress at site.Review, comment on GFC drawings / specifications and any other documents that may require for the project and to issue to respective discipline contractor.Address any queries arising from the audit teams (from quality, safety and other auditors) and shall ensure completion of the audit points.Check rate analysis, comparison quotes, provide technical recommendation for misc items ordered during the Project progressIssue NCR and timely closure of defects rectification. Generate all quality reports as necessary internal and external.CompetenciesGraduate Engineer in Civil Engineering8+ years experience in Project Management including a minimum of 6 years experience in a Construction Management Consulting environment and particularly in FMCG /Beverage IndustriesA minimum of 6 years managing large scale projects or multiple smaller scale projects simultaneously and at different phases, and management of project teams.Able to Review drawing / specifications / any other documents that may required for the project.Able to Check measurement sheet and Bill submitted by contractorIntermediate time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and to tight timeframes on occasion.Basic working knowledge of software Excel AutoCAD & word.Advanced attention to detail, particularly in respect to contractual requirements.Advanced written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write clear contractual letters, make presentations, chair meetings, make reports and meeting minutes that are clear and understandable.Shall have Experience managing multicultural project teams in an expatriate environment.Team player and able to adapt to changes within the construction processFluency in written and spoken English & Hindi are a pre-requisite and regional language will be an added advantage.
