Job Description: Senior Device Hardware Repair Technicians

Role 1: Senior Mobile Technician (iOS & Android)
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on smartphone hardware repair experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform advanced diagnostic testing and fault analysis on all major iPhone and Android smartphones.
* Execute chip-level repairs, micro-soldering, BGA reballing, and trace repairs under a microscope.
* Replace screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, and flex cables with high precision.
* Troubleshoot complex power issues (short circuits, boot-looping, no-power) and liquid damage.
* Perform functional testing before and after repairs to ensure quality standards.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of verified bench experience repairing modern smartphones.
* Mastery of micro-soldering, heat guns, multimeters, and DC power supplies.
* In-depth knowledge of schematics (ZXW, Borneo, or similar software).
* High attention to detail and ESD-safe handling procedures.
Role 2: Senior Laptop & MacBook Technician (1 Vacancy)
Minimum 4+ years of hands-on Windows laptop and Apple MacBook repair experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Diagnose and repair hardware/motherboard issues across MacBooks (Intel & Apple Silicon) and multi-brand Windows laptops (Dell, HP, Lenovo, Asus, etc.).
* Perform component-level troubleshooting (resistors, capacitors, MOSFETs, power ICs, charging circuits).
* Repair liquid-damaged logic boards and perform BIOS/firmware flashing.
* Handle modular replacements including keyboards, trackpads, hinges, displays, and cooling systems.
* Install, configure, and troubleshoot macOS and Windows OS environments.
Requirements:
* 4+ years of dedicated laptop/Mac repair experience.
* Strong schematic and boardview reading skills.
* Proficient with precision soldering, hot-air rework, and diagnostic tools.
* Strong problem-solving mindset and hardware troubleshooting speed.
