Role Description The Senior Chemist/Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Andhra Pradesh, India. The role involves planning and conducting laboratory experiments, . Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring product quality, maintaining laboratory equipment, and ensuring adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory guidelines. The Senior Chemist/Executive collaborates with operations and management teams to optimize processes, troubleshoot technical issues, and support research and development initiatives for new or improved materials and methodologies. The role also includes preparing technical reports, maintaining accurate documentation, and mentoring junior staff on best laboratory practices and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Strong laboratory skills, including handling instruments, preparing samples, and following standardized test procedures.
- Analytical skills for quantitative and qualitative analysis, data interpretation, and problem-solving in chemical and process-related issues.
- Background in Research and Development (R&D) and research, with the ability to design experiments, evaluate results, and contribute to process or product improvements.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry or a related discipline.
- Knowledge of safety protocols, environmental regulations, and good laboratory practices in industrial settings.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and support training of junior team members.
