We are looking for a highly experienced Celonis Senior Expert with strong expertise in Process Mining, Data Modeling, PQL, OCPM, and enterprise system integrations. This is an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale digital transformation initiatives and drive process excellence using the Celonis platform.
The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on technical expertise along with excellent stakeholder management, coordination, and project leadership skills to successfully deliver enterprise-wide Celonis initiatives.
🛠 Key Responsibilities:
✨ Build and customize Celonis data models, dashboards, applications, and automation solutions to deliver actionable business insights
✨ Design and implement Process Mining solutions to optimize enterprise business processes
✨ Integrate Celonis with enterprise systems such as SAP and other business applications
✨ Ensure seamless data flow, interoperability, and high platform availability
✨ Implement OCPM (Object-Centric Process Mining) data models and support migration from CCPM to OCPM
✨ Develop process improvement solutions using:
✔ Automation Builder
✔ AI / GenAI capabilities
✔ Advanced analytics
✨ Build and maintain data pipelines, governance frameworks, and data quality processes
✨ Provide ongoing production support and incident resolution for Celonis applications
✨ Conduct requirement gathering workshops with business and technical stakeholders
✨ Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
✨ Drive structured documentation of technical architecture and process designs
✨ Coordinate with cross-functional teams including IT, Data, and Business Process Owners
✨ Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones
✨ Mentor junior team members and support knowledge-sharing initiatives
🎯 Required Skills & Expertise:
✅ Strong hands-on expertise in Celonis Process Mining
✅ Deep knowledge of PQL (Process Query Language) and Data Modeling
✅ Experience with OCPM implementations and CCPM migration
✅ Strong experience in SAP HANA, SQL, and Python
✅ Experience integrating Celonis with enterprise applications like SAP
✅ Knowledge of Automation Builder and AI-based process optimization
✅ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
✅ Ability to lead workshops and requirement engineering sessions
✅ Experience working in Agile / Hybrid project environments
✅ Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving capabilities
✅ Ability to work independently with global cross-functional teams
