🔍 Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Celonis Senior Expert to provide advanced technical expertise in Process Mining, data modeling, and system integration.
The role requires strong hands-on development capabilities combined with coordination, communication, and project management skills to ensure successful delivery of Celonis initiatives across business units.
⚠️ Important: Candidates must have strong hands-on experience with Celonis technologies and should be capable of independently driving implementation, data modeling, integration, and optimization activities. This role requires practical exposure and delivery ownership in enterprise environments.
💼 Key Responsibilities
✅ Build and customize data models, applications, dashboards, and automations on the Celonis platform to deliver data-driven insights and process optimizations
✅ Integrate Celonis applications with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP) ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability
✅ Provide ongoing support for Celonis applications and data pipelines, ensuring high availability and resolving incidents promptly
✅ Implement OCPM data models and migrate existing CCPM models to OCPM
✅ Develop process improvement solutions using Automation Builder and AI capabilities
✅ Develop and implement data quality and governance processes to ensure accuracy and integrity
✅ Coordinate and align business requirements with technical implementation teams
🌟 Additional Responsibilities (Enhanced Scope)
✔ Act as technical lead in Celonis-related projects
✔ Drive requirement workshops with business stakeholders
✔ Ensure structured documentation of technical designs and business processes
✔ Coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, Data, Business Process Owners)
✔ Manage timelines, risks, and dependencies in Celonis initiatives
✔ Communicate progress, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders
✔ Support knowledge transfer and mentor junior team members
✅ Required Qualifications
🛠 Technical Expertise
✔ Strong expertise in Process Mining using Celonis
✔ Deep knowledge of Data Modeling and PQL
✔ Experience with OCPM (Object-Centric Process Mining)
✔ Hands-on exposure to SAP HANA, SQL, Python
✔ Experience with Celonis dashboards, KPIs, Action Flows, Automation Builder, and data pipeline management
✔ Strong hands-on implementation and troubleshooting experience in enterprise Celonis environments
✔ Basic understanding of GenAI capabilities (nice to have)

✔ Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
✔ Excellent communication skills (technical & business translation)
