Role Description
The Senior Category Manager will oversee and drive strategic initiatives to develop and grow educational offerings. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. Responsibilities include managing category performance, driving key business objectives, developing partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, and leading cross-functional teams to support business goals. The role also involves data analysis, product planning, and market research to enhance the learning experiences for students.
Qualifications
- Experience in Category Management, Business Development, or Product Strategy
- Strong skills in Market Research, Data Analysis, and Competitive Benchmarking
- Proven ability to develop and execute Strategic Planning and Growth Roadmaps
- Leadership abilities to manage cross-functional teams and collaborations
- Effective Communication and Stakeholder Management skills
- Proficiency in tools like MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Data Visualization tools
- Prior experience in EdTech or a related field is a plus
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
