Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Senior Career Counselor. The Senior Career Counselor will provide comprehensive career counseling services, including advising and supporting students in their career paths, identifying career goals, and creating development plans. Responsibilities include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, organizing workshops, providing job search strategies, assisting with resume building, and leveraging career management tools to enhance student employability.
Responsibilities:-
- Counsel students regarding courses and career options
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions
- Explain fee structure, admission process, and program details
- Maintain student database and CRM records
- Achieve admission and enrollment targets
- Coordinate with academic and support teams
Requirements:-
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Inside Sales
- Proficiency in Student Counseling and guiding students through career planning processes
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to guiding students toward their career goals
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field
