Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Career Consultant at our Gurugram office. The Senior Career Consultant will provide personalized career counseling services to students and professionals, guide individuals through career planning and development, and help identify suitable pathways and programs aligned with their goals. Responsibilities include conducting one-on-one consultations, facilitating workshops, assisting with career resources, and creating tailored strategies for career growth and management.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management
- Experience in Student Counseling and providing educational guidance tailored to individual aspirations
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect effectively with diverse individuals
- Ability to provide clear, actionable strategies for career planning and management
- Empathetic, goal-oriented, and passionate about enabling career success
- Prior experience in the education industry or career counseling is an advantage
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or a related field is preferred
