We’re Hiring: Senior Career Advisor / Team Lead – Sales
Location: Ahmedabad | Full-Time | Night Shift

We are looking for an experienced Senior Career Advisor / Team Lead who can drive results, lead from the front, and mentor a high-performing team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Career Advisors / Sales Associates
• Drive individual and team targets through effective planning and execution
• Monitor daily activities (calls, follow-ups, conversions) to ensure productivity
• Deliver and oversee high-quality career consultation for US-based job seekers
• Set performance goals, track KPIs, and implement improvement strategies
• Ensure clear communication of services, enrollment processes, and value proposition
• Conduct regular training, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
• Handle escalations and support in closing high-value conversions
• Collaborate with internal teams to align onboarding with business goals
Requirements:
• Proven experience in Sales, Recruitment, or Career Counseling
• 2+ years of experience in a team handling or leadership role
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Target-driven mindset with strong ownership
• Understanding of the U.S. job market and IT/non-IT roles is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
