Job Description
- Operate and monitor capsule filling machines for batch execution as per BMR/BPR.
- Ensure line clearance and perform in-process checks during manufacturing.
- Handle equipment cleaning, basic troubleshooting, and coordinate maintenance activities.
- Maintain cleanliness of production areas and prepare cleaning solutions as per SOP.
- Record all activities in logbooks and ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, and data integrity.
- Coordinate with QA and Warehouse for materials, batch execution, and compliance.
- Monitor temperature, humidity, and ensure area readiness for production and environmental monitoring.
- Supervise junior staff and ensure adherence to SOPs, safety, and quality standards.
As a Capsule Filling Operator, you are expected to demonstrate a proactive attitude towards work
while continuously enhancing your technical skills. You should be adaptable and willing to learn new
operations, processes, and equipment to support production efficiency and quality standards.
