We are looking for an experienced and confident Senior Caller to join our growing team. If you have strong communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and experience handling outbound/inbound calls, this could be a great opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound andr inbound calls professionally and efficiently
- Engage with potential candidates and provide accurate information
- Maintain clear and effective communication to build strong relationships
- Meet daily/weekly call and performance targets
- Maintain proper records of interactions and follow-ups
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Prior experience in calling, telesales, or a similar role preferred
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle objections and manage conversations confidently
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
