The team you will be a part of
The Engineering team discovers, develops and evaluates new product ideas, enhancements, or strategic product extensions, and translates research discoveries into usable and marketable products. Leads, plans and tracks all phases of the product life cycle, from inception to introduction into the marketplace. Coordinates with various functions to ensure successful product development and implementation.
This Role In Summary
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS : M.E/M.Tech in Mechanical/Automobile/Aerospace Engineering.
EXPERIENCE: 1 to 3 Years
Responsible for supporting in improvement of structural robustness of Products/Projects through explicit LS-Dyna Simulations
Technical Expertise
- Basic in LS Dyna , explicit and implicit analysis
- Proficient in component/subsystem/system level simulations using LS-Dyna
- Basic in component/subsystem/system level result analysis using LS-Prepost
- Expert in 2D and 3D meshing of sheet metals and plastics using Altair-Hypermesh.
- FEM and analysis using LS Dyna and LS Prepost. Candidates should have hands- on experience with explicit analysis projects
- Experience on material model selection
- Should have very good knowledge in FEM theory and numerical methods
- Should have experience in providing logical and feasible design suggestion based on FEA analysis
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Can convert physical / field problem into Simulation problem (BC definition) independently. Pro-active knowledge documentation and sharing
- Perform the Structural simulations, analyze the results, prepare proper report with appropriate conclusions and suggestions to improve the product performance
- Good in Result interpretation, may need help in design solutions
- Handle projects and deliver solutions to stakeholders with support from mentor
- Coordinate with different functions and stakeholders for project discussions

TECHNICAL
- Knowledge of Strength of Materials
- Knowledge of numerical techniques like Finite Element Method (FEM) and Finite Difference Method (BEM).
- Awareness of material and product testing
- Proficiency in Simulation tools like Hypermesh, LS-Dyna, Ansys etc.
- Basic in results interpretation skills.
