As we continue to expand our Automation and AI practice, we are looking for an experienced Senior Business Process Consultant to lead process discovery, solution design, and business transformation initiatives.
About the Role
This is not a traditional Business Analyst role.
We are looking for someone who enjoys understanding how businesses operate, challenging inefficient processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and working closely with business stakeholders and automation teams to deliver meaningful transformation.
You will serve as the bridge between our clients' business teams and our Intelligent Automation Center of Excellence (CoE), ensuring that automation solutions address the right business problems rather than simply automating existing inefficiencies.
Key ResponsibilitiesProcess Discovery & Business Analysis
- Conduct workshops and discovery sessions with business stakeholders across multiple functions.
- Understand end-to-end business processes, operational workflows, business rules, and exception scenarios.
- Analyze current-state operations and identify automation, optimization, and transformation opportunities.
- Challenge existing processes and recommend improvements before automation begins.
Process Mapping & Documentation
- Develop comprehensive process documentation including:
- Process Design Documents (PDDs)
- Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
- Process Maps
- Swimlane Diagrams
- BPMN Workflows
- User Stories
- Functional Specifications
- Document business rules, exception handling, controls, KPIs, and operational dependencies.
- Maintain process repositories and knowledge documentation.
Solution Consulting
- Work closely with Solution Architects and Automation Developers to design scalable automation solutions.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical requirements.
- Participate in solution design discussions and provide business process expertise.
- Support automation feasibility assessments and prioritization exercises.
Stakeholder Management
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders including business managers, department heads, process owners, and executives.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and process walkthroughs.
- Present findings, recommendations, and solution approaches to business leadership.
- Drive alignment between business teams and technical delivery teams.
Automation & Digital Transformation
- Identify opportunities for:
- Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
- Agentic AI
- Intelligent Document Processing
- Workflow Automation
- AI-powered Decision Support
- Process Standardization
- Collaborate with the Automation CoE throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), change management, and deployment activities.
Required Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Process Consulting, Process Excellence, Digital Transformation, or Intelligent Automation.
- Strong experience working with enterprise business processes.
- Excellent process mapping and documentation skills.
- Experience conducting stakeholder workshops and discovery sessions.
- Ability to analyze complex business operations and simplify them into structured process flows.
- Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, and consulting skills.
