Role Description
As the Senior Business Manager for LATAM/Brazil at Scimplify, you will oversee business development, manage key customer relationships, and expand the company’s market presence in the LATAM and Brazil regions. Your responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, developing sales strategies, conducting market research, and managing large accounts. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful customer engagement and align business objectives with regional market trends. This is a full-time, on-site role based in either at Bengaluru or Brazil, and requires extensive travel to the LATAM region and Brazil.
Qualifications
- Industry Expertise: 6–12 years of experience in B2B agri-solutions, specifically within crop protection, plant nutrition and biologicals.
- Market Intelligence: A profound understanding of distribution channels across LATAM.
- Proven Results: A track record of closing high-value deals and managing multi-million dollar forecasts.
- Educational Background: A degree in Agronomy or Agribusiness (Master’s/MBA preferred).
- Mindset: You are resilient, execution-focused, and possess an entrepreneurial spirit that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
