Profile : Business Manager/Area Sales Manager/ Sr Area Sales Manager
Salary : 8Lpa - 13Lpa + Unlimited Incentives +Monthly and Quaterly Appraisal
Location : Noida Sec-1
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets
- Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team of 10–15 members
- Ensure regular field/site visits, lead generation, and pipeline management
- Support the frontline team in closing deals effectively
- Drive revenue targets and maintain strong team performance
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and handle escalations
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations
- Generate sales reports, market feedback, and competitor intelligence
- Attend client meetings and industry events
Requirements
Must Have
- 4+ years of total experience with at least 3 years in core B2C sales
- Proven experience in handling and managing sales teams
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with field work
- Must own a 2-wheeler with a valid driving license
- Bachelor’s degree required (Postgraduate/business-related qualification preferred)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
