Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Business Manager, based in the Rohtak district. The Senior Business Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by generating sales, managing client relationships, achieving financial targets, and leading a team of professionals. The role includes developing and executing business strategies, monitoring market trends, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The individual will work closely with stakeholders to align business goals with organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Sales and business development skills, including the ability to identify growth opportunities and convert leads effectively
- Team leadership and management skills to motivate and guide team members toward achieving targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships
- Strategic thinking and analytics to monitor market trends and develop business strategies
- Knowledge of financial products, particularly life insurance, and proven ability to meet or exceed financial targets
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is preferred
