We are looking for a skilled BI Analyst with 7+ yrs of experience and strong expertise in Power BI, SQL, data visualization, and product analytics to build impactful dashboards, uncover actionable insights, and support business decision-making. Experience with tools like Amplitude, Google Analytics, Snowflake,Databricks, A/B testing, and event tracking or Mixpanel is highly valued.
Role Description
- This is a full-time, role for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst. The analyst will be responsible for designing data models, creating interactive dashboards, and leveraging business intelligence tools to deliver actionable insights. The role involves curation of data solutions and recommendations that align with organizational goals and enhance decision-making processes.
- Analyze user behavior, funnels, engagement, and conversion metrics
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations teams
- Translate business questions into actionable insights and KPI reporting
- Ensure data quality, metric consistency, and dashboard usability
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in BI, analytics, or related roles
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI and SQL
- Experience with product analytics and digital user behavior analysis
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Python knowledge is a plus. Need immediate joiner.
