Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Executive located in Greater Vijayawada Zone. The Business Executive will focus on managing client relationships, executing sales strategies, and meeting financial product sales targets. Additional responsibilities include prospecting and onboarding new customers, providing tailored financial solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role will require effective collaboration with internal stakeholders to drive business growth and compliance with organizational standards.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development: Expertise in implementing sales strategies, achieving targets, client acquisition, and revenue generation.
- Relationship Building and Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills to build long-term client relationships and ensure optimal customer experience.
- Financial Acumen: Understanding of financial products such as commercial vehicle loans, personal loans, and business loans.
- Negotiation and Communication: Proficiency in negotiating deals, effective communication, and presentation skills.
- Organizational and Analytical Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, analyze market trends, and strategize for business growth.
- Adaptability and Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to dynamic market scenarios.
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field. A postgraduate degree or MBA will be an added advantage.
- Experience: Prior experience in the financial services sector is preferred.
