Role Description The Senior Business Executive role is a full-time or WFH, on-site position based in Ludhiana. The person in this role will manage key client relationships, identify and pursue new business opportunities, and drive sales growth for customized apparel solutions. Daily tasks include meeting prospective and existing clients, presenting product offerings, negotiating contracts and pricing, and coordinating with design and production teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. The Senior Business Executive will analyze market trends, prepare performance reports, and contribute to strategic planning to expand the company’s reach. This role also involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to improve customer experience and optimize business processes.
Qualifications
- Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, client acquisition, and account management.
- Experience in customer relationship management, with the ability to understand client needs and provide suitable apparel solutions.
- Competence in negotiation, pricing discussions, and closing deals in a competitive market environment.
- Solid analytical and planning abilities, including market research, forecasting, and performance reporting.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate across design, production, and operations teams.
- Prior experience in apparel, fashion, textiles, or a related consumer goods industry is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced qualification is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in Ludhiana preferably, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
