Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Business Executive located in Jharsuguda. The Senior Business Executive will oversee day-to-day financial operations, engage with customers to finance Mahindra vehicles, and manage client accounts. Key responsibilities include driving sales performance, maintaining strong customer relationships, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. The individual in this role will analyze market trends, coordinate with internal teams, and drive business growth within the assigned territory.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in sales, business development, and customer relationship management
- Strong knowledge of vehicle loans.
- Proficiency in market analysis, financial planning, and team collaboration
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements
- Adaptability in working within rural and semi-urban markets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably within banking or financial services
