Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager Business Development based in Bengaluru. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, generating leads, preparing proposals, and following up on business prospects. The Assistant Manager will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects while building strong connections with potential clients. Regular reporting on business activities and progress will also be required.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Business Development, Lead Generation, and Client Relationship Management
- Experience in preparing Proposals, Sales Pitches, and strategic follow-ups
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Knowledge of key business practices such as Risk Advisory, Taxation, and other professional services
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in consulting or professional services is a strong asset
