The ideal candidate will cultivate relationships with prospective clients in order to catalyze business development success.This individual will schedule meetings with clients in order to understand their needs. They will also work closely with sales and marketing teams to uncover new leads.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients across target industries and geography.
- Generate qualified leads through outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, emails, and networking.
- Conduct initial discovery calls to understand client needs and position outsourcing solutions.
- Build and maintain sales pipeline in CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Track industry trends, competitor activities, and client insights to improve outreach strategy.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly KPIs (qualified leads, meetings set, cold calls).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2 to 4 years' of experience in related role
- Strong communication and time management skills
