About the Role
Senior BDR (Application Security)
We are hiring an Senior BDR (Application Security) to drive revenue for our Application Security and DevSecOps platform across the North America market.
This is a high-impact, US-shift role focused on outbound outreach, lead nurturing, and sales pipeline development for our secure software delivery platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive outbound prospecting via email, calls, and LinkedIn to set up qualified meetings.
- Qualify inbound leads and support Account Executives in deal progression.
- Understand and pitch AppSec/DevSecOps value propositions (SBOM, CI/CD security, SAST/DAST).
- Research target accounts and personalize outreach for better conversions.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and report weekly metrics.
Requirements
- 8-12 years of inside sales or BDR experience in Application Security/Cybersecurity/DevOps.
- Experience selling into the US market and working night shifts.
- Strong communication and lead qualification skills.
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Seamless etc...
- Candidate available to join in 1 week will be preferred
