Job Title: Senior Manager – Business Development


Location: Bengaluru (Travel across key growth corridors as required)

Compensation: ₹12–18 LPA (Based on experience) + Performance Incentives + Travel Allowances


Role Overview


We are looking for a highly strategic and execution-driven Senior Manager – Business Development to lead market intelligence, opportunity sourcing, and relationship management across priority markets. The role demands deep real estate insight, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to convert market research into actionable acquisition and partnership opportunities.


This is a field-intensive and strategy-oriented position requiring frequent site visits and direct stakeholder engagement.


Key Responsibilities


1. Strategic Market Intelligence

• Conduct in-depth research across micro-markets to identify high-growth corridors.

• Analyze pricing trends, speculative movements, absorption rates, and supply-demand gaps.

• Prepare financial feasibility insights to support land acquisition and development decisions.

• Identify emerging opportunities in residential, mixed-use, hospitality, and senior living segments.


2. Opportunity Sourcing & Site Evaluation

• Visit land parcels, ongoing developments, and competitor projects to gather on-ground intelligence.

• Evaluate infrastructure triggers, regulatory frameworks, and appreciation drivers.

• Submit structured site evaluation reports with investment recommendations.


3. Relationship & Deal Management

• Build and manage relationships with landowners, brokers, investors, channel partners, and local stakeholders.

• Represent the company in preliminary negotiations and opportunity discussions.

• Maintain a strong local network across Bengaluru and surrounding growth corridors.


4. Executive Reporting & AI-Driven Presentations

• Develop high-quality, board-level presentations using AI tools and advanced visualization platforms.

• Convert complex market data into concise investment decks.

• Support leadership with strategic documentation and opportunity evaluation notes.


5. Market Expansion & Field Execution

• Travel across key markets as required for deal evaluation and relationship building.

• Be available for short-notice site visits and strategic meetings.


Ideal Candidate Profile

• 5–8 years of experience in Real Estate Business Development, Advisory, Consulting, or Market Strategy.

• Strong commercial and analytical mindset.

• Ability to independently drive field research and convert it into strategic recommendations.

• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and AI-enabled presentation tools.

• High ownership attitude and entrepreneurial mindset.
