🎯 The role:
We’re looking for a Senior Business Development Manager who can:
• Bring in new advertiser partnerships
• Manage and grow advertiser accounts
• Ensure tracking integrity and performance alignment
• Work closely with the media team to scale clean supply

🔥 What you’ll be responsible for:
Business Development
• Acquire new partnerships across key verticals
• Pitch ADVALOR’s structured performance approach and tailored user acquisition services
• Onboard campaigns with proper attribution setup
Campaign & Revenue Growth
• Launch and scale mobile user acquisiton campaigns
• Validate performance data and conversions
• Negotiate payouts, caps, tiers, and scaling structures
• Finalize billable numbers and confirmations
• Monitor deliveries while working closely with the media team to reach campaign objectives
Account Strategy
• Drive retention and upsell opportunities
• Conduct performance reviews and growth planning
• Work closely with the media team to align advertiser expectations with traffic quality

🧠 What You Must Have
• 4+ years in mobile performance marketing (mandatory)
• Proven track record of managing direct partners within a mobile performance agency (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular, Branch (mandatory)
• Strong portfolio of partners ready to work with you in your new journey (mandatory)
• Proven experience scaling mobile user acquisition campaigns and advertiser accounts
• Analytical mindset, you read data before making decisions (very important)
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, performance based, fully remote structure
• Understand attribution from the technical side
• Know your way around postbacks
