We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Business Development Manager to lead revenue growth and expand our presence in the HR Tech SaaS space. This role will focus on acquiring high-value enterprise clients, building strategic partnerships, and driving market expansion across regions and industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market share
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across verticals and geographies
- Own end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to deal closure for enterprise clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Mentor and guide junior team members on complex sales processes
- Develop a deep understanding of HR Tech SaaS products and effectively communicate value propositions
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics
- Manage sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance reporting
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and success
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 6+ years of experience in business development or sales, with strong exposure to HR Tech SaaS
- Proven ability to close large, complex deals and drive revenue growth
- Strong negotiation, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and SaaS metrics
- Solid understanding of HR technology landscape and enterprise sales cycles
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
