Senior Business Development Manager – EdTech Teachifyy | Full-Time | Delhi/NCR
About the Role
We're looking for a driven and relationship-focused Senior Business Development Manager to lead growth at Teachifyy. You'll own the end-to-end BD function — from identifying leads and closing enrolments to nurturing long-term relationships with training partners, institutions, and individual learners. This is a high-ownership role with direct impact on revenue and market expansion.
What You'll Do
You will be responsible for identifying and converting new sales leads across individual trainees, preschools, and institutional partners. This includes pitching Teachifyy's certification and diploma programmes, maintaining ongoing relationships with existing customers, and developing proposals and quotes tailored to different segments.
A significant part of the role involves market research — mapping organisations, schools, and individuals online to uncover new opportunities, and then following through with outreach via email, phone, and in-person meetings. You'll plan and execute marketing initiatives, represent Teachifyy at industry events and conferences, and keep clients informed about new developments across our product suite.
At the senior level, you'll also set sales goals for the team, track performance against targets, and actively coach team members to sharpen their skills.
What We're Looking For
You bring a minimum of two years of experience in a business development or sales role, ideally within EdTech, training, or a related sector. You're comfortable working with numbers, managing a pipeline, and translating data into decisions.
Beyond the numbers, you're socially adept — someone who builds rapport naturally and maintains it over time. You handle pressure well, prioritise effectively, and don't let details slip. Strong written and verbal communication is a must, as is comfort with standard productivity and presentation tools.
