Role Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to lead our international sales and revenue growth. You will own the full sales cycle, build global client relationships, and drive ElevateDigi's expansion across key international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the end-to-end sales cycle — from lead generation and prospecting to deal closure and onboarding handoff
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of international leads via CRM, LinkedIn, and referrals
- Identify and convert high-value prospects across US, UK, AUS, Europe, and beyond
- Manage and grow relationships with existing international clients
- Forge strategic partnerships and referral networks
- Collaborate with delivery teams for seamless client onboarding
- Contribute to pricing, service packaging, and go-to-market strategy
Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience in business development, sales, or revenue generation
- Proven track record of handling and closing international clients in digital marketing
- Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, PPC, Social Media Marketing, and Performance Marketing
- Consultative selling skills across industries and decision-makers
- CRM proficiency — HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Self-driven and comfortable working remotely across international time zones
Good to Have
- Prior agency experience in a client-facing or sales role
- Existing network of international marketing contacts
- Experience with SEMrush, Google Ads, or Meta Ads Manager
