Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for some remote work. We are seeking an experienced Business Development professional to drive strategic growth across high-value Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) and digital-first brands. This role requires a proven hunter with strong enterprise selling capabilities, deep understanding of performance marketing ecosystems, and the ability to position AudiencePro as a mission-critical consumer intelligence and marketing efficiency platform.
The incumbent will own the complete sales cycle—from strategic prospecting and stakeholder mapping to consultative selling, commercial negotiation, and long-term account expansion.
Qualifications
- 4–7 years of experience in MarTech / AdTech / SaaS / Payment Checkout / Performance Marketing sales
- Proven track record of outbound hunting and new brand acquisition
- Strong understanding of digital performance marketing (Meta, Google, etc.)
- Ability to sell value, not just product
- Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- High ownership, resilience, and a “get-it-done” attitude
🎯 What You’ll Own
- Aggressive new business acquisition – target and close D2C brands across growth stages
- Build a strong outbound pipeline via cold calling, LinkedIn, and strategic prospecting
- Engage Founders, CMOs, and Growth Leaders in high-value conversations
- Pitch AudiencePro as a solution to improve ROAS, reduce CAC, and scale performance marketing across Meta, Google, Snap
- Own the entire sales cycle – from first touch to deal closure
- Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets
