Role Overview
We are seeking a highly driven Senior Business Development Manager (Sr.BDM) to lead school and institutional partnerships across Delhi NCR.
This is a full-time, onsite role based in Delhi, requiring strong expertise in B2B/institutional sales, stakeholder management, and end-to-end revenue ownership.
The role involves engaging directly with key decision-makers such as school principals, trustees, and academic leaders to build strategic partnerships and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Revenue
- Drive new business acquisition across schools and educational institutions in Delhi NCR
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients
- Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Secure high-value institutional partnerships for career guidance programs
Institutional Partnerships
- Develop and maintain relationships with:
- School principals
- Management and trustees
- Academic coordinators
- Career counsellors
- Establish and nurture long-term strategic partnerships
Consultative Selling
- Conduct impactful product presentations and demos
- Understand institutional needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Lead pricing discussions and negotiations
- Convert opportunities into long-term/annual contracts
Market Expansion
- Identify and target key school clusters and districts within Delhi NCR
- Expand market presence and strengthen brand visibility
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams (operations, implementation)
- Ensure smooth onboarding and successful program rollout post-sale
Candidate Profile Required Experience
- 4+ years of experience in Business Development / B2B School Sales role
- Prior experience in School sales, EdTech, education services, SaaS, publishing, or related sectors
- Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets
- Experience in institutional sales is highly preferred

- Strong communication and presentation abilities

- Territory planning and sales forecasting
- CRM and pipeline management proficiency
- Willingness to travel within Delhi NCR

Compensation & Benefits
- CTC: ₹12–15 LPA
