Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Business Development Manager based in Karnal. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing strategic plans, and collaborating with the team to achieve company goals. Responsibilities also include market analysis, negotiating contracts, overseeing client onboarding processes, and contributing to revenue growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong business development and client relationship management skills
- Experience with strategic planning and market analysis
- Proficiency in negotiation and contract management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and lead initiatives independently
- Prior experience in educational consultancy or overseas education advice is a plus
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Knowledge of UK and Canadian education systems is highly desirable
