We are now expanding and looking for a dynamic, results-driven Business Development / Sales Manager to join our growing team.
Roles and Responsibilities :
As a Business Development / Sales Manager, you will be responsible for both inside and outside sales and play a key role in expanding our client base and revenue.
Your core responsibilities will include:
1) Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and onboard new corporate clients while maintaining and nurturing long-term relationships with existing customers.
2) Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed annual targets (βΉ6 Crore+).
3) Lead Generation: Drive lead generation through networking, industry events, digital platforms, and cold outreach.
4) Product Presentations: Prepare and deliver engaging product presentations tailored to clientsβ gifting needs and branding goals.
5) Quotations & Proposals: Prepare custom proposals, quotations, and close high-value deals.
6) Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market shifts to identify new business opportunities.
7) Collaboration: Work closely with the procurement, branding, logistics, and design teams to ensure seamless execution of gifting projects.
8) Reporting & Forecasting: Track sales performance, report KPIs regularly to leadership, and forecast future sales trends.
Qualifications :
Experience: Minimum 3+ years of core experience in a corporate gifting company in a sales or business development role.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding annual sales targets of βΉ6 Crores or more.
Skills:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong organizational and presentation abilities
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
Ability to manage time and work independently
Additional Details:
Office Timing: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM β 6:00 PM IST
Salary: Up to βΉ10 Lakhs per Annum + Attractive Incentives based on performance
Target: Minimum Annual Sales Target β βΉ6 Crores
Location: Infantry Road, Bangalore (Near Bowring Hospital Road)
