Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Sales Specialist based in Pune City with some flexibility for remote work. Responsibilities include devising strategies for generating leads, developing and maintaining customer relationships, actively managing and closing sales, training clients on the Terrapin Sales Suite, and providing exceptional post-sales customer service. The Senior Business Development Manager will collaborate with internal teams to identify new sales opportunities and create strategic plans to meet revenue targets while acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and provide outstanding support
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, including lead generation, pipeline management, and revenue growth strategies
- Experience in Training clients on software products or related solutions
- Result-oriented approach with exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt to a hybrid work environment
- Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Experience in SaaS solutions or technology-driven industries is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred
