Role Description
At Technocitta, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Head to lead our growth journey in the IT Infrastructure space.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new client acquisition (hunter mindset)
- Strengthen and expand relationships with existing clients
- Identify new business opportunities
- Lead strategic sales initiatives and revenue growth
🔹 Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in the IT / Telecom industry
- Proven track record in business development and client management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
